he's a serial murderer. he's toying with those people before he ties a rock to the womans foot, tosses her over the edge of the pier with just enough rope to she can just breach that crystal clear water with her hands, and watches her drown. then he dismembers the guy starting at the didgits with a rechargable hedge trimmer, one of which he needs to recharge 4 times to finish the job. "oh don't worry" he says in german to the now horified man "the tourniquets will keep you alive untill i am finished".
