Here is the tunnel bit (truck fits, big deal, still an idiotic idea):
Still no valid reason for bulletproofing the glass as standard, I don't think more tham 10% of potential buyers would be interested (I might underestimate the musktards, though).
For markets other than the US this thing needs to shrink quite considerably more than 5% if they want to market it for anything other than a niche lifestyle vehicle (like a Hummer). I really would consider one the size of a Hilux where I can box in the loading area for the dogs in a simple fashion, so the slope and cover would need different solutions.
Not too interested in the outside looks, so don't care about the funny shape as long as it is functional, however, I don't think it is.
