The channel that uploaded this clip is trying to skirt the Oxford Institute's automatic content claims. It's behavior like this that gets you kicked off YouTube, eventually.

It's behaviour like this that allows us to view a clip of the relevant section the uploader wants us to see.

Actually no. The Oxford group does not issue copyright strikes for clips of their content. They issue content claims which means that all of the revenue from the clip goes to them. The f*****-up editing and zoom is intended to skirt that which is evidence of deliberate deceit and desire to steal from Oxford. That makes it an open-and-shut copyright strike. And my only point is that if you don't try to be deceitful and just let the Oxford Group take the revenue from the clip then they will see your channel as a legitimate partner and the YouTube algorithm will also notice that and promote your Clips more aggressively. Which is what happened to my channel. Its why my channel is getting 25000 views per day currently and is not at high risk of being terminated. It took 2 years of careful planning and more importantly careful curation of the comments section but it has paid off for me in a big way. I'm just trying to give advice about how to do clips right on YouTube.

o i c. Most of his channel covers Ben Shapiro. That would be a real shame if it disappeared.

It will be gone soon. I'm like the turtle and they are like the hare. They want to be deceptive to make a quick buck and that's about all they'll achieve. Better to look at it like the mustard seed, if you understand that reference. Much less short-term gain but much more rewarding in the long term. This is one of my Oxford Union clips:
