so lets say you got a 100 foot tree in the backyard, its damaged or diseased and you want to keep as much of the tree as you can. in your mind. the person to go see about that is the 60 year old lady that works part time planting orchids in the garden centre section of home depot? you think shes gona show up, climb the tree and cut it down with a chainsaw? or is she the one that operates the crane?

i think he's dead, it looks to me like his head and neck bends backwards more than 90 degrees. there's a copy on liveleak and the title says he was killed, but comments do not load on liveleak for me on multiple browsers, so i don't know if anyone linked a news article
