How the Nazis were defeated was by Russia throwing a massive percentage of it's population at them Within Stalingrad and Kursk in particular while churning out factories and massive quantities of supplies for the grind west. The allies enjoyed victories in Africa and France, but to say they did all the heavy lifting is not true.
Russia was willing to throw every man it takes to get the job done. I don't see any change in that resolve today, and those factories are still there currently churning out weapons while we are running dry. I wouldn't be surprised if Russia is waiting to smash the planned counter offensive with their 500'000 + fresh reserves before continuing onwards, shortly after that western weapons support is likely to cease, probably by fall.
