Twitter isn't a private company. Its Publicly traded. Its a public company. I could be wrong on this.
Edit: with 2 minute research. I found that yes. Twitter is indeed a Public IPO Company

public means they can sell shares to the public, private means they can only sell shares to privat investment firms. public means they have to report to stockholders, private means they don't have to report to anyone or the securities and exchange commission. public doesn't mean its owned by the public, a share only means you own part of the company capital

technically it does mean its owned by the public but what you said is otherwise correct. This is why people are against the FED using money to buy shares in PUBLIC companies on the stock market. It would otherwise be government subsidized and state owned if the company where to reach a high shareholder % owned by the FED.

tldr it depends on how many shares you own in the particular company. I am too lazy to check on twitter because its a worthless stock that doesnt make money long term imo. But i bet lots of the company shares is owned by Jack or the like

Again, they DID NOT suspend the POTUS account, just the private account of some orange twat.

This twat knows exactly why he posted this shit on the privsate and not on the official account (or they didn't give him access, which is a possibility if you ask me).

Yep, he saw this happening years ago. So he tied himself to it, so if it gained too much power he could attack it by alerting the rest of us. Brilliant plan. He forced their hand to the point that it would jump without proof.

The warning was clear and heard.

Right now, there are many Americans that consider this attack on speech an act of war.

We are already beginning our anti fascist campaign.

It really isn't the end of the world or a doomsday scenario like you seem to be hoping for.  It's a dude getting banned online.  Don't like it?  Don't use Twitter.  At least that's a choice, as opposed to the millions that are forced to work shitty jobs they hate because it's the only thing that provides them healthcare.  Or rely on GoFundMe to cover ricidulous medical/funeral costs that no one else in the world has to worry about.  But by all means start a war because someone got banned online defending "freedom".

Aside from 1st amendemnet rights, which you cannot give up. No one has the authority to silence another. Including private business.

A single citizen, collective, or company of any nation is not permitted to weild ANY power over the President of the United States. Even with 100% global population support. He has to choose to be quiet, or die. And thats the same for every human being on the planet. Not just Americans.

No TOS is above the Constitution. Period.

If I had a chance to amend the constitution, I would see that this bill of rights is recognized by the authority of the United States to all human beings of all nations. Constitutional definition of human being  in first amendment and 2nd amendment rights shall be any entity that requires ANY or ALL of the following food, water,  excretion, sleep, emotional brain activity.

The 1st amendment rights extend to the entirety of the internet of all future platforms and hosts and no TOS has the authority to ask any participant to give that up.

If what is posted is illegal, then it is removed upon the verification that a crime took place. Child porn, animal cruelty, snuff etc.

Yes that means animals too for these amendments. But animals don't use guns, so not to worry lol.

Then let the rest of the world citizens decide which they will follow.

You're right they haven't suspended it, they just delete every tweet coming from it right now. Last tweet: 23DEC2020

Nothing to see here, everything is fine.
