A Brutal Canadian Arrest

No, we are a pragmatic people here in Canada for the most part. People don't need to die all the time. Courtesy of the guy who runs the local coin-operated laundrymat a block from my home, here's an example of a dude who might have very well been shot by two female police officers in certain US states. Not in Canada - at least not by the local police in Carleton Place anyway - they just call the men to come and guide them (likely these are supervisors or higher rank - one of them COULD have been a female officer so just playin') on tasing this recently-released-from-jail and "problematic" Citizen so he can be taken back to the place where he feels most at home. In the US I could easily see these two initial female officers unloading their service weapons into Mr. Confused here. We don't need officers unloading clips at the local coin wash - people live in apartments in that building on both floors. We are a pragmatic people.

She hit him right good without even aiming down the sight - actually not a bad thing if you can pull it off. He had no idea that she was about to do that if he didn't comply with a simple instruction to surrender for the 47th time.
