Further to the post about the female Bond:
I came accross this on Netflix the other week and despite it having a promising start it became almost unwatchable (still watching as my wife likes it) during season 3 due to too many too obvious idiotic (of FBI and criminals) decisions to "keep the plot going", flaws in the plot, the annoying crying of the main actress in almost every episode and the extreme overrepresentaion of women as "bad boys" as well as agents makes this even a worse watch than suits.
Also Spader chose 2nd rate actors probably so he could "shine". And he does.
