BBC is the largest broadcaster in the world by number of employees. It is publicly-funded through a special tax & is owned by The Crown (not the UK govt or monarchy). BBC is very much in the hands of the UK deep state and although it often does quality journalism when foreign affairs are not involved, it regularly runs crude propaganda like the piece exposed in this video.

that was good..bbc are always up to that kind of stuff..the guy was maybe a little too far on the other side though..probably works for rt or something :)

So basically BBC did an overly enthusiastic documentary about Moscow with some creative exaggeration but more or less correct in what they showed.... Not propaganda.
