I don't like the term "self-driving". I think it should be conceptualized as just another feature that a car has - call it auto-drive.

The only regulation I wan't to see is the kind that makes the corporation reponsible when their shit breaks down prematurely or in interesting ways(leading to corpses)

Exactly. It's funny because they tell everyone not to worry about artificial intelligence and then they immediately begin anthropomorphizing the technology.
