Lol you've got to be 16 or something... life's a little more complicated then "ALL COPSF ARE BAAAADDD I HOPE THEY DIE!!".  What if that cop was someone that wanted to do good?  What if there are cops that actually want to do good and serve the public?  Just food for thought.
