It's great you can just copy and paste an image straight from your computer and post it like this :
Istead of uploading it to photobucket or facebook.

Um no. We don't keep your images (because of the resulting bandwidth and server space issues), they get linked from where they are hosted. So you can post them from your computer but it only really displays for you, and it breaks the moment you do something that breaks the link.
So this is a won't fix, sorry.

Is there a way to have old forum style way of posting pictures/gifs on the weekly gallery?
Or have it both ways?

I wish the vids were broken into sections of a dozen or so and click next to go to next section. having to go all the way back to the start after watching a vid is annoying.
