That looks simply incredible. The baconators as garnish was a nice touch.
I believe Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall once did a 15 bird roast (one in the other) for a Christmas feast. Turkey on the outside with it grading down to Woodcock right in the middle (a really small but apparently very tasty bird).
