Horse meat is good. its a lot like beef, a little different in taste, but the real difference is in texture. Its a little tuffer. But its great. My favorite thing its made into is Jerky strips. Works amazing for jerky.

In one of the Canadian news interviews, the main guy told them that they have two years worth of ideas planned out which includes holidays. He will be on The Tonight Show on March 17th. So either way, props to them for their success

Here in Australia we have too many kangaroos, so we eat them. Maybe if the US horse population explodes they'll see more menu time.
